                                        關于鋼管水壓試驗機的5種密封技術

                                        承受壓力的鋼管,如鍋爐管、油管、套管等,都要進行水壓試驗,水壓試驗機是生產承壓鋼管必不可少的設備。水壓試驗機通過向鋼管內注水、加壓、保壓等工序,來檢測管壁所能承受壓力的能力。從目前使用的水壓試驗機來看,高壓水壓試驗機的核心技術問題是試壓頭密封技術。

                                        目前國內外所使用的水壓試驗機可分為徑向密封和端面密封,端面密封只適用低水壓試驗,無縫鋼管水壓試驗(壓力高)都采用徑向密封,使用的較多的五種密封技術如下:

                                        (a)普通外徑密封:密封圈靠水壓脹開來實現對鋼管外徑的密封;

                                        (b)徑向密封腔加壓的外徑密封:密封圈靠外來水壓來實現對鋼管外徑的密封;

                                        (c)徑向密封腔加壓的內徑密封:密封圈靠外來水壓來實現對鋼管內徑的密封;

                                        (d)普通內徑密封:密封圈靠水壓脹開來實現對鋼管內徑的密封;

                                        (e)端面密封:密封圈靠外力壓縮來實現端面的密封;
