                                        高精度密封泄漏檢測法

                                        檢測工件的密封性,通常是采用壓力傳感器直接測量密閉壓力的變化,這種方式簡單但是比較粗糙,適合檢測壓降較大的工件。本文介紹一種適合工件微露的高精度檢測方式。

                                        差壓法的工作原理如上圖所示,被測容器通過差壓傳感器與標準容器相連組成一個比較系統。

                                        檢測時,經歷3個階段,加壓-保壓-泄壓;首先通電打開充氣閥S0、電磁閥S1、S2,接著往標準容器和被測容器內同時充氣,達到測量壓力后,關閉充氣閥;經過一段穩定時間后,當差壓傳感器兩側壓力、溫度相等時,斷電關閉電磁閥S1、S2,進入測量(保壓檢測)階段;在檢測過程中,如果被測容器有泄漏便會引起被測容器內氣壓下降,差壓傳感器將偏離零點,經過一段時間t后,讀出差壓傳感器的值,由此計算它的泄漏率;檢測完畢后,斷電泄放閥S0、電磁閥S1、S2進行排氣泄壓。

                                        泄漏理論計算:如工件和標準容器的容積為1L,保壓1min后,理論壓差檢測的分辨率為1Pa,則認為工件壓降的分辨率為1Pa(0.00001bar),泄漏氣體體積的分辨率為1×0.00001=0.00001L(標態體積),泄漏率為0.00001L/min。

                                        按照氨氣密度0.771g/L,則可檢測到氣體泄漏率的分辨率為0.00000771g/min(即0.00771mg/min)。
